Get your Measurement ID
In GA4, Admin → Data Streams → your web stream. The Measurement ID looks like G-XXXXXXX.

Paste it into Askery
Integrations → Google Analytics 4 for the whole workspace, or a form's Integrations tab to scope it. Save.

See it in GA4
Open Realtime in GA4 and submit a test — you'll see the page_view and the askery_form_* events with form_id / form_name parameters you can build reports and conversions on.
