Google Sheets
Real-time sync — every form submission appends a row to a Google Sheet of your choice. Create a new sheet in one click or connect an existing one. Existing responses are backfilled on connect; new questions auto-add columns on the right. No glue code, no Zapier, no double-charging.
- One-click: create a new sheet OR connect an existing one
- Backfills existing responses on connect, then appends each new submission in real time
- Auto-adds columns when you add new questions to the form
Set it up
- 1
Connect your Google account
Org settings → Integrations → Connect Google. One workspace-wide connection covers every form. Grants Askery permission to write to sheets and create new ones (only files our app touches).
- 2
Open the form's Integrations tab
In the form builder, click Integrations. You'll see a Google Sheets card with two options.
- 3
Create new sheet (or connect existing)
Click 'Create new sheet' — we create 'Askery — <form name>' in your Drive with headers from your question titles and backfill every completed response. OR paste an existing Google Sheets URL to sync into a sheet you already have.
- 4
Verify with the test row
Hit 'Send test row' to append a sample response. The row appears in your sheet within ~2 seconds. Use 'Open in Sheets' to jump there.
- 5
Submit responses
Every new submission appends a row in real time. Multi-select cells join with commas, branched questions leave blanks when the respondent didn't see them, Form Intelligence score + archetype get their own columns at the end when FI is on.
