Set it up

Create an Incoming Webhook
In Slack: Apps → search 'Incoming Webhooks' → Add to Slack → pick a channel → copy the generated webhook URL (starts with https://hooks.slack.com/services/…).

Paste it into Askery
Integrations → Slack → Add, paste the URL. For a single form, use that form's Integrations tab instead.
