Add an Incoming Webhook connector
In Teams: pick a channel → ⋯ → Connectors → Incoming Webhook → Configure → name it → Create → copy the URL.

Paste it into Askery
Integrations → Microsoft Teams → Add (or a form's Integrations tab).

Test
Submit a test response and watch the card appear in your Teams channel.
